Hal ini meliputi interaksi dari sebelum hingga terjadinya transaksi terjadi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Buyer Journey <\/em>lebih berfokus pada apa yang akan dilakukan konsumen sebelum melakukan transaksi. Hal ini lebih berfokus pada apa yang dipikirkan konsumen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-sasaran\">3. Sasaran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Customer Journey <\/em>sendiri lebih berfokus pada bagaimana cara meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen. Karena hal itulah, meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas konsumen merupakan tujuan mereka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Buyer Journey <\/em>bertujuan untuk bagaimana cara merancang strategi pemasaran untuk dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli produk yang kita miliki.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-strategi\">4.
